August is a time to enjoy darkening evenings, seasonal delicacies, and live music. Join us for our end-of-summer celebration and experience the Teatterihotelli Venetian Festival for the first time!
Look forward to delicious food, daytime activities for the little ones, and live music on the rooftop terrace in the evening—plus, of course, a unique atmosphere, as the Venetian Festival is a celebration of light, water, and fire!

In Hämeenaukio street terrace:

3:30 PM: Giant soap bubbles
Mimosa terrace open 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Harvest menu at the Teatterihotelli restaurant:
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Buffet, 1st seating
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Buffet, 2nd seating
On the rooftop terrace:
9:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Live music with Troubadour Ilkka Esselström
Lanson Lounge open 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

The Venetsialaiset (Venetian Festival) marks the end of Teatterihotelli’s 2026 summer terrace season. The summer terrace à la carte menu is not available during the festival.
In case of bad weather, the face painting will take place in the hotel lobby lounge, and the evening’s troubadour will perform inside the restaurant.
