Lanson lounge is completely unique in Riihimäki: a rooftop terrace in the sunniest spot in the center! You can come to Lanson lounge to enjoy the sun, good food and refreshing summer novelty drinks. The nearly 100-seat Lanson lounge on the 2nd floor of the hotel is open on weekends in June-July (subject to weather conditions).
On the rooftop terrace, named after the house champagne, our signature champagne is also served as a piccolo – the perfect moment when you want something special.
In addition, Lanson lounge is open during breakfast every day during the summer season – non-accommodating customers are also welcome to the rooftop terrace breakfast!

You can enjoy dishes from the seasonal à la carte menu on the terrace or in the restaurant. The kitchen is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The restaurant’s à la carte service is available every weekend from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM—even if the rooftop terrace is closed due to weather—with the exception of the private events listed below.

The street level terrace Mimosa is open in August as follows:
The outdoor terrace Mimosa is located on Hämeenaukio in front of the hotel: a wonderful, sunny outdoor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunny outdoors. A peaceful location, warm sunshine, fresh drinks and summer delicacies from the Teatterihotel’s kitchen make a summer day the best of the best. Mimosa is open on weekends in May and every day in June-July (subject to weather conditions).
At Mimosa, you can enjoy summer novelty drinks, wine & sparkling wine, coffee & tea, salty & sweet of the day, GelatoLAB artisan ice cream, bun, bread and a small portion of tapas. The terrace is accessible and pets are allowed. The water point and toilet are located inside the Teatterihotelli, where the lobby bar also serves the terrace customers if you feel like having your favorite drink, for example.
The Mimosa terrace with about 100 seats is the number one destination for all sun worshippers, where everyone is welcome, from babies to adults!
