Everyone is always welcome here—completely without barriers. We understand that accessibility needs are unique, which is why we offer detailed information about the accessibility of our hotel.

Entrance

  • The front entrance is barrier-free.
  • Main entrance door is fixed and at least 80 cm wide.
  • Seating is available near the entrance.
  • A small ramp provides wheelchair access at our backdoor.

Common Areas

  • Lobby shop is wheelchair accessible.
  • Corridors throughout the hotel are barrier-free.
  • Service and assistance dogs are welcome.

Parking

  • Parking is only 5 m from the entrance.
  • One accessible parking spot is available in the hotel lot, plus one in the municipal lot.
  • NOTE! The hotel’s 1 accessible parking space is currently out of use due to safety arrangements regardingthe on-going renovation.

Reception

  • Seating and a table are located near the reception.
  • An induction loop and a vibrating alarm clock are clearly marked.
  • Reception is accessible via a step-free path to the elevators.
  • A hearing loop is installed at the desk.
  • Vibrating alarm clocks or fire alarms are available to borrow.

Restaurant and Bar

  • Breakfast buffet tables are low enough (max. 90 cm) for wheelchair users.
  • Pathways to the bar and restaurant are at least 100 cm wide.

Elevators and Stairs

  • Elevators have doors at least 80 cm wide.
  • Elevator doors are equipped with automatic or easy-open mechanisms.

Public Restrooms

  • Accessible restroom is located next to the theatre lobby.
  • Door width is at least 80 cm.
  • One accessible restroom is available.

Accessible Room

  • Bed with legs provides space underneath.
  • Writing desk has sufficient clearance for wheelchair users.
  • Room features wooden flooring.
  • One accessible room is available.

Accessible Room Bathroom

  • Equipped with emergency codes or buttons.
  • Shower chair available.
  • Toilet paper is within reach.
  • Mirror is positioned at a suitable height for seated guests.

Meeting Areas

  • Seating is available outside meeting rooms.
  • Accessible restrooms are available in conference areas.
  • Meeting spaces and floors are wheelchair-friendly.
  • Doors to meeting rooms are at least 80 cm wide.
