Applies to reservations for groups

Pricing

Prices are calculated based on the number of participants stated in the offer. Any changes to the number of participants will affect pricing.

Facilities

Meeting and event facilities are chargeable. Facilities reserved in advance will be invoiced according to the confirmed offer. Any additional spaces booked on-site will be charged according to the price list.

Services

Services are chargeable. Services reserved in advance will be invoiced according to the confirmed offer. Any additional services purchased on-site will be charged according to the price list.

Packages

reserved in advance by the client. The package is invoiced as a whole, and unused services are not refundable.

Confirmation of the Event and Reservations – Invoicing Basis

28 days before the event:

  • Final confirmation of number of participants
  • Required equipment and facilities
  • Menu selections and serving times
  • Preliminary schedule
  • Billing address, business ID, possible reference number

14 days before the event:

  • Special diets and requests
  • Finalized schedule (arrival, departure, program details)
  • Client’s contact person and possible VIP guests
  • Billing instructions
  • If the number of participants has changed, updated confirmation (see invoicing basis below)

For participants confirmed 14 days before the event but cancelled no later than 7 days before, 50% will be invoiced.

7 days before the event:

  • Notification of any changes in number of participants (see invoicing basis below)

For participants confirmed 7 days before the event but cancelled no later than 3 days before, 75% will be invoiced.

3 days before the event:

  • Notification of any changes in number of participants (see invoicing basis below)

For participants confirmed 3 days before the event, 100% will be invoiced regardless of attendance.

Event Cancellation – Cancellation Terms and Invoicing Basis

If the entire reservation is cancelled, the following charges apply:

  • Cancellation at least 29 days before the event: no charge
  • Cancellation 14–8 days before the event: 50% of the cancelled value
  • Cancellation 7–3 days before the event: 75% of the cancelled value
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: 100% of the cancelled value
